Account Management

1. Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please log into your account and click “Cancel your subscription” (see example below).  Cancellation means you will continue to receive The Daily Shot as well as access our website until your subscription expires.  Automatic payments and renewals are voided with a cancellation.

2. Unsubscribe
If you click on “Unsubscribe from The Daily Shot” at the bottom of the newsletter (example below), you will be removed from the email distribution list but will still be able to read The Daily Shot online. Some subscribers may prefer this option.  Be aware that this action will NOT cancel your subscription, and your credit card/PayPal will still be charged.

If you clicked on the unsubscribe from this list link by accident, please e-mail us at [email protected], and we will send you an invite to re-subscribe.

3.  Change Subscription Type
If you wish to change your subscription (e.g., from monthly to yearly), simply cancel your subscription from your account.  You can then go to and register for your new subscription. To avoid account duplication, please make sure you are logged into your account when you change/update your subscription.

4.  New Password
If you requested a new password, please note that the confirmation will be sent from WordPress, not If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

5.  Receipt
You should automatically receive a receipt after your payment. It comes from Stripe (if you paid by credit card) or from PayPal. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check the spam folder. To request another copy of your receipt or an official invoice, please email [email protected].

6. Update/Change Credit Card Information
To update or change your credit card information, please log into your account and click “Update Credit Card Details” (see example below).
